About Verna

Hi! My name is Verna and I am 26 yrs old. I love working with children and have a passion for every child's healthy development! I completed my A. A. degree in Early Childhood education while working at a childcare center. I have experience as a paraprofessional and camp counselor to school aged children. I nannied for over a year and have babysat for multiple families. In addition, I've served in children's ministries in my church. As a nanny, I provide nurturing and attentive care to little ones. I've been described as honest, creative, and patient. I stick to their routine while providing a variety of fun learning experiences! As a nature lover, I try to take children outside as much as possible to play and explore. Some of my favorite things to do with them are going for walks, play dates, reading and singing.
