About Verlana

I'm a young adult Christian who loves the Lord and has a deep passion for working with children. I believe every child is a precious gift, and it's my joy to nurture them in a safe, loving, and encouraging environment where they can grow and thrive. I have several years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages, from babysitting for family and friends to working as a teacher in preschool classrooms and substitute teaching throughout the Anchorage School District. I'm currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Development and Elementary Education graduating in December, and I'm passionate about using what I learn to make a positive, lasting impact in the lives of the children I care for. I love being outside! We only get a few months of sunny weather so I try to take full advantage of all the sun we can get. I would be honored to partner with you in caring for and guiding your child with love, faith, and dedication.
