About Vera

Hello! My name is Vera, I am 23, and I graduated spring '23 with my Bachelor's in Education and Sociology. This past year after graduating, I have been in Greece doing a teaching fellowship! I was an English kindergarten teacher, and I will be returning to Athens in the fall! However, I am home in the states for summer 2024 :) Education is something I have always been passionate about. I have experience nannying and babysitting for newborns, toddlers, and older children, however, I have the most experience with the little ones. In addition to my teaching fellowship, I have also worked at an organization called Jumpstart, which helps prepare 4-5-year-olds for kindergarten. Pertaining to pet sitting, I have spent months at a time caring for owners' pets while they are away for holiday - in the form of housesitting, boarding, daily drop ins, etc. I have also fostered a few cats over the years. I adore animals and will love your furry friend like they're my own while you aren't around!
