We met Venus through two sisters that I had working to care for my cousin who had severe dementia. I need quite a bit of care at certain points. Whenever there was something where the sisters couldn't work, Venus would come and help filling voids. She was very nice, patient and caring. She was upbeat and positive, trying to engage with her, which helped make her happy. As is the case when caring for elderly with terminal illnesses, my cousin past away in October. It was a pretty difficult situation watching a loved one progress to the end of their life. Venus helped keeping my cousin calm and relaxed at points where she would usually get confused and upset. She was prefect for what kind of care we needed.
