Venessa has been nothing but wonderful from the day I met her. She has always been professional, courteous, polite and a willingness to learn what needed to be done for my father. As she got too know my father more and more she was able to become proactive in what needed to be done to help my father out in his daily life. My father has since passed on not too long ago but having venessa around helped a lot in caring for him. Venessa is now caring for my mother as she has gotten to know her throughout the process while caring for my father. As hard as the last few years have been having Venessa’s assistance has made things much easier than they would have been if she had not been around. She truly has become part of the family.
