About Me: I was a pre-school teacher for 7 years at a private school, Bright Beginnings. I ran my own classroom. Created my own curriculum. Was responsible for keeping my classroom clean, organized, & sanitized, while caring for and supervising 10 children. For 2 of those years, I team taught with another teacher, where we together cared for, supervised, & taught 20 3 to 4yr olds in one classroom. A few years later I ran a Pre-school / Daycare out of my home for nearly 4 years. This included doing projects & lessons, caring for up to 10 children at a time, newborn to 10yrs. of age, all while keeping them safe, happy, and well fed. Side note: I had the only Pre-school / Daycare in the city that catered to children with disabilities. So I cared for children with & without disabilities during this time. Some of the the disabilities included, Wheelchair bound, feeding tube, partially deaf, blind, & autistic. I love children, & raised 2 of my own. I will care for yours as I would my own.
