About Venessa

I am a loving and caring person with over 25 years of child care-related experience in a variety of settings, including but not limited to special needs. I am organized and strict when needed, but I also know how to relax, be flexible, and have fun. I love fun and educational activities and outings with kids. I love working with kids as it is my life, but I also have a great deal of other personal interests. I also have gained a great deal of patience. I am also a mother myself, this lends its own level of experience. I spent the first five years after my oldest was born continuing work as a nanny and taking him with me. My two oldest are currently with their dad in Texas, so the only one that would be with me is my6-year-old that learned early on that I expect the same of them as I do any other child, in most cases, I expect more.
