With over 20 years of experience as a CNA in nursing homes, hospitals, and private home care settings, I am seeking a full-time caregiver position. I specialize in assisting elderly patients with various disorders and diseases, focusing on enhancing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). I am experienced with a wide range of Durable Medical Equipment, including walkers, gait belts, Hoyer lifts, Sara lifts, catheters, hospital beds, wheelchairs, and mobility scooters. My duties include providing personal hygiene care, serving and feeding meals, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes to medical staff and/or family members. I am comfortable with picking up groceries and other miscellaneous household items as needed for the client. As the primary caregiver, I am dedicated to improving the well-being of residents/clients and have trained multiple new CNAs as requested by administration.
