About Vayialena

I'm a BSN student with over 10 years of healthcare experience and a deep love for caring for others. I'm trained in injections, Foley care, ostomy management, and assisting with all activities of daily living, always aiming to make life a little easier and more comfortable for those I care for. I'm certified in Montessori for dementia care and BLS CPR, and I truly enjoy creating a supportive, compassionate environment. Fluent in Mandarin and familiar with basic Spanish, I believe communication and kindness are key to building trust and understanding. I also have experience in childcare, where I've learned how to adapt, multitask, and connect with families on a personal level. Outside of work, I'm an animal lover with three small dogs of my own, so I'm always happy to care for pets as well. Whether working with people or animals, my goal is to bring a calm, caring presence to every situation.
