I have always been passionate about working with children. I've been watching children since I was 16 and I truly love it. I started watching family member's children & then family friends & neighbors. Since then I've had experience in caring for infants to teenagers & even the elderly. I've also had experience in working in a daycare center as well. With my experience I am able to provide exciting & fun learning techniques, social & behavioral skills, and nurturing care. Varshay is amazing. Both our 4.5 yo and 2 yo love her. The eldest can be a tough customer and only want Mommy, but Varshay patiently earned her trust to the point it’s like “who’s Mommy?” Varshay balances energy and creativity (they’re always doing crafts or fun activities) with structure. She holds the line and doesn’t let them just do whatever they want. If I say bedtime is at 8, Varshay has her in bed on time. Feel so lucky to have found her here!
