About Vaniece

My name is Vaniece and I've been passionate about working with children since high school when I began babysitting for my community! I have babysat, mentored, and supervised in home and school settings for non and disabled children. Kids love me because of my sense of humor, ability to relate, ability to give advice and mentoring, ability to de escalate and provide companionship, and colorful personality! I have experience in the community, a group home, and a special needs department within a school. My skills involve those stated above, medication administration and observation, simple meal and snack preparation, cleaning and organization, consistency, communication, patience, and resilience. I intend to use these skills to build a trustworthy and enjoyable experience with your kids!
