About Vanessa

I am an energetic 31-year-old with over 11 years of experience! I have great references and a very strong work ethic. I love working with children and helping them to explore the world and learn new things. For the past 7 years years now, I have been nannying for the same family and have helped them to raise their 3 children. I have been with them since their oldest was only 1-year-old. I enjoy taking the children on walks and playing outside with them, and trips to the museum and aquarium are always fun too! I also take them to various classes, doctor's appointments, prepare their food, and bathe them. I have been meeting with their Early Intervention Therapist once a week which has given me lots of tips and techniques on building good cognitive and motor skills. Some of my favorite things to do are go to the playground and library! Household duties are also one of my specialties (picking up after children, laundry, light cleaning, loading/uploading dishwasher, etc.).
