When we hired Vanessa, we were first time parents. She quickly became a trusted advisor in all things childcare. Sleep training, safety precautions, socialization, encouraging developmental milestones, and more. She has an exceptional eye for safety, and comes to the home armed with a slough of fun activities. All activities were developmentally appropriate and designed to expose the baby to new and exciting learning opportunities. She also spoke Spanish with the baby who quickly learned to respond to both English and Spanish words. At the end of every day she reported to us everything about his day. She was not afraid to ask questions, and often helped us with which questions we should be asking. Truly, we are better parents because of her expert guidance. We can't recommend Vanessa enough. She's the best nanny anyone could every hope for.
