We hired Vanessa multiple times to watch our toddler during the day, and she is great! She established rapport right away and our 2-year-old loved playing with Vanessa. You can tell she cares and knows what she's doing because she took the initiative to implement a few of her own creative teaching games. Before hiring Vanessa, we verified that she was a pre-K teacher at two local preschools in Vegas and left in good standing. So she is the perfect fit if you have a kid in this age range.
