My husband played basketball overseas and I was a stay at home mom and worked when my children were old enough to attend school. I have three adult children and one grand child. I have done caregiving and nannying in many different aspects. I had owned a daycare, was director of a retirement and senior center, have cared for my great aunt, granny, mother, father, niece, nursing center recreational aide and most recently, aunt and currently caring for a senior couple. I have an Associates in Behavioral Science with a minor in Child Psychology. I am a non-smoker, enjoy family, gardening, art, life and laughter. I'm looking for a position closer to home. Vanessa is very caring and works extremely hard. We have her taking care of my elderly Mother. She treats my Mother with respect and kindness. She takes care of my mom’s personal needs and does an amazing job with housekeeping. She has gone out of her way to help us with much needed organization and some deep cleaning as my Mother unfortunately was somewhat of a hoarder. She also does cooking and grocery shopping. In addition she was able to recommend some home products to help mom with her memory. I would recommend her unequivocally. If you are lucky enough to get her, don’t hesitate.
