About Vanessa

I have 3 years of experience working with children and adolescents (age 8-18) with eating disorders at the inpatient and residential level of care. I am comfortable working with kids who have depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and eating disorders. From my experience in mental health, I would be a good fit for kids that may have complex behavioral needs that require someone that is compassionate and has strong boundaries. Prior to my professional career, I have nannied for adolescents. I love kids and am a kid at heart myself! I am creative, outdoorsy, fun and curious. I love science, climbing, skiing, art and cats. I love helping foster creativity in young minds. I was an exceptional student, I studied neuroscience in my undergrad and I can help your kid with their science, math and English homework. I am happy to take your kids to get some exercise in the park or on a trail. I have a reliable car and am a great driver. Bonus: I am an excellent cook.
