I have 30+yrs exp. w/children of all ages and different needs; twins, those with disabilities, allergies, newborns, etc... I was a nanny for 10+yrs and been babysitting since I was 11. I took classes in early childhood dev. and special ed. and continue to learn/educate myself in this. I am certified in CPR/first-aid and other training's. My background check is clean. I have worked for Daycares', schools, and families' as a babysitter, nanny, personal assistant, etc.. I have been a job coach/house manager for those with special needs. I have CNA and TRT training's/exp. I am energetic/friendly and an honest person. I am able to help with errands, activities, cooking, cleaning and other needs. Vanessa is incredibly responsible and is a child whisperer! She is so loving and consistent in her healthy boundaries that children respect her because she respects them. She earns trust and cares deeply! Whomever she takes care of is treated with kindness and the utmost care that they are blessed to have her! She has had more experience in her lifetime than most people trained in the business. She works beautifully with people with learning challenges and physical limitations. She treats people of all walks of life with respect and compassionate care. She is trained and educated in skills as well as having natural abilities working with children and people!
