About Vanessa

I'd describe my personality as warmhearted, patient, and dependable. I'm looking for a job that is full time, consistent, reliable, and flexible. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old. I babysat for families through high school in the evenings while parents were out. When I was 17 I played a larger role and nannied for some families watching multiple kids at a time driving them to and from school, day care, and practices. I would care for kids during the day while parents were at work, around the house getting tasks done, or just out for date night. I've been around kids of all ages my whole life as the oldest of 3 siblings and many younger cousins. I've always loved helping kids and being a supporting role in their life. One thing you should know about me is I am very flexible and accommodating. I will always try to create a solution to make things work for the both of us. I am extremely understanding and with open communication I'm always willing to compromise!
