Vanessa is someone who doesn’t respect your time, by being late 10-20 minutes every day. I would never doc her pay during her 3 day or 4 day work week, because I appreciated her being there for me. until one time, She was 1hr late, then 2 days later 1.5hrs late, during the same work week , and when I doc her pay, she got very mad about it and didn’t think it was fair. She worked for me for 3 months, and towards the end, she got lazy about her responsibilities and duties, so I let her go.
