This is in response to the One Star Reviewer. Vanessa has taken care of many kids and families in this network. I believe, missing a phone call for any reason does not justify giving her a One Star review. She wasn't aware that you were planning a formal interview at a selected time, most phone calls are casual and introductory. As Dalai Lama said once, "Be nice, when possible! and It's always Possible."
