About Vanessa

As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of young minds. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for fostering a positive impact on children's lives. Patience and creativity are my guiding principles, allowing me to connect with children and create an environment that's both stimulating and supportive. I'm an artist, so doing creative projects with kids is my wheelhouse. I love to paint & draw. I currently work as a paraprofessional in the Northville School District. I love children, I have three of my own, and take care of and teaching countless others in the school I work in. My approach to enforcing household rules is firm but gentle, fostering a sense of respect and responsibility. My experience spans over 20 years, and I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time. While English is my primary language, I am open to learning new languages to better serve diverse families. I speak some German, and Italian.
