About Vanessa

I believe in meeting the student where they are at and working with them to improve. Sometimes, we just need things said a different way, or see things from a different angle for things to click! I believe learning should be a mostly enjoyable experience and I aim to bring a fun and positive attitude to the table. I studied Early Childhood Education (K-6) and I love working with children and seeing how their minds work. I also have experience in tutoring Mandarin Chinese and English to college students. I feel satisfaction from helping people learn new skills, and I am also very open to feedback- if you feel something else may work better for you, I want to hear about it!
