I have a passion for helping others succeed and grow; I attempt to work that in to my everyday life anyway I can. I am a lover of all plants, animals and humans. I operate via "structured fun" . I believe there is a time and place for everything. Id like to keep the same rules as parents, as I have found this to be most successful. That being said, Id also love to share the ideas that have worked well for me in the past. Fully transparent is my way of communication.(with parents) I have worked with toddlers and babies entire life, including schools across Texas and Colorado, and Washington.
