Hello, I'm Vanessa and I have 20 years as a professional nanny. After several years in corporate, I've chosen to return to what brings me the most joy working closely with children and supporting families in meaningful ways. I've cared for children across all age groups, from newborns to teenagers and understand the unique needs at every stage. Whether it's nurturing infants through their early milestones, planning creative play and routines for toddlers, or helping older kids with homework & building independence, I provide thoughtful, structured & loving support. I'm known for creating warm, consistent environments where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to grow. Communication, patience, & trust are at the heart of my approach & I pride myself on forming lasting bonds with both kids and parents. Open to FT, PT or occasional babysitting positions.
