I am extremely happy with Vanessa's service and would hire her again. It's hard for me to find babysitters for my 4 y/o daughter, who have developmental delays. She gets anxiety around new people and new places. I made Vanessa aware of this and asked her to meet and visit my daughter before she babysits, just to see how my daughter responds to her. Vanessa actually showed up with a balloon and small gift for my daughter. Vanessa didn't pressure my daughter to come near her or speak to her. She was very sweet and approach my daughter with care. I'm daughter opened up to her in minutes which isn't normal for her lol. Soon Vanessa was playing with her in her play room, singing abcs and nursery rhymes. My daughter was very comfortable with her. The night Vanessa had to babysit, my daughter didn't withdraw from her at all. Through out the night, Vanessa sent me videos and pictures of my daughter laughing, eating a healthy bed time snack, dressed and ready for bed. I did love the updates on my daughter throughout the night. When I got home, my daughter was fast asleep in her bed. I highly recommend her! She was very patient and caring with my child and made such an impression that the next morning my daughter asked if Vanessa was coming over today lol
