I have had Vanessa as a caregiver for my 88 year-old dad who has dementia. She has always been dependable, shows up on time (early) and always has his best interest in her work. She cooks, helps with his ADLs does light housekeeping, helps with the dog and pretty much anything I ask her to do. She currently works for us 10 hours a week. I wish I could pay for her to work more, but that is just not what we need right now.
