I cannot say enough great things about Vanessa. I hired her for a full time nanny position for my (then) 2 yr old boy. She is the most patient, kind, and attentive person, and she instantly connected with him. She was with us for one year until he started school recently. She is great with kids, and my son still asks for her! She is also very dependable, flexible, and punctual, and respectful of any direction given... really every parents dream! I'd absolutely recommend her for any childcare needs, as she really is great all around.
