Vanessa had taken care of my daughter for almost 9 months, and started when my baby was around 5 months. Vanessa was there throughout the fun motor milestones (rolling over, pulling to stand, cruising on furniture, walking), and she always encouraged my baby reach her full potential. Vanessa regularly sent me photos throughout the day while I was at work and made the mom guilt way less, just knowing how well she was taking care of my baby! She was the first person I trusted to give solids to my baby other than immediate family members, and when I say she is committed, I do not take it lightly! My baby was always a pretty picky eater but Vanessa read her cues, improvised, and even would meal prep and discover foods she ended up loving. Vanessa was flexible with my work schedule, highly professional, organized, and went above and beyond. She regularly helped organize my house in creative ways and helped me with my dreaded tasks (such as sorting through expired foods/ spices) She would come up with fun activities to play with my daughter and focused on reading a variety of books, narrating her day, and gesturing (waving, clapping, etc) and much more. She is easily the most caring babysitter I could have hoped for and after getting to know her, this extends beyond taking care of kids but also animals, seniors, and just giving back to the community.
