Vanessa contacted me by applying for my job. We set up a time to meet at 6 p.m. At 6:15 I was a little worried, then at 6:30 I was a bit frustrated, then at 6:45 I gave up. The next day came and no message apologizing or rescheduling. I was extremely disappointed that I didn't even get a message the next day.
