About Vanessa

I'm an experienced, nurturing, and responsible childcare provider with 26 years of experience caring for children of all ages. I am a mother of three children and a grandmother. I am a medical social worker, I enjoy supporting families and helping children thrive. I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and explore their interests. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I always meet the child and family where they are. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating openly with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I have a graduate degree and am fluent in English and Spanish. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time, and I have experience with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and taking walks around the community to get fresh air. I also love to go to nearby parks when the weather is nice.
