About Vanessa

As a caregiver with a year of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing and supporting children's growth. My desire to make a positive impact on young lives and support families led me to this fulfilling career. I am known for my calm and patient demeanor, which creates a safe and nurturing environment for children. I believe in open communication and regularly update parents about their child's day, either verbally or through texts or phone calls. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' preferences and expectations. I prioritize outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and educational games that stimulate learning. I'm comfortable caring for one or two children at a time and am currently a junior in college. While English is my primary language, I know some Spanish and Latin, and am always open to learning new languages. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and supervising swimming.
