Hi, I'm Vanessa! I've spent over 10 years working with children and families, including a decade as a preschool teacher and director. I am also a mama of three (ages 26, 23, and 13), so I understand the joys and challenges of raising children. I know how important it is for children to feel safe, supported, and connected-and that's at the heart of everything I do. My approach to caregiving is all about connection first. I believe that when children feel truly seen and understood, they thrive. At the same time, I believe in stability and clear boundaries.
