Vanessa joined out family when my daughter was almost 4 months old. She instantly connected with my daughter and continue to have an good bond with her. My daughter loves her. She is very punctual and dependable. There were times where we needed her services and she was given a notice of < 24 hrs, and she figure out a way to help us out during those moments. I am thankful for Vanessa, when baby would sleep she would help with light chores around the house and make my daughter's food. She was imperative in my daughter's development. I am very thankful for her. She will continue to be our nanny on our "as needed" basis.
