About Vanessa

Hi! I am a credentialed Spanish teacher by trade, currently taking a break from teaching to stay home with my own 3 little ones who are 6 (boy), 4 (girl), and 15-month-old baby boy! I have worked with children of all ages for many years, as a nanny, then as an aide for children with special needs for 7 years, and finally, as a credentialed middle and High School Spanish teacher. I love to be out and about with my kids, burning off energy at different playgrounds, trampoline parks, the aquarium, beach, etc. I love to teach my kids through hands-on experiential outings and activities. My kids are being raised bilingual, and I would love to share knowledge of the Spanish language and culture with other children! The ideal fit would be a family who is comfortable with outings and with me having my own kids along with. This could be a great situation for socialization for kids around my children's, as well as Spanish language learning, and fun educational activities!
