About Val

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. As a childcare provider, I'm known for being patient, calm, and creative, which helps me connect with kids and create a fun and nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and provide daily written reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. As a parent myself (to a 3. 5year old, going on 30), I know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your children under the care of someone new. I will do my best to ease your anxiety and nerves and work with you in order to achieve this. I enjoy playing outdoors, board games & puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. In addition, I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, have some college education, a car, and am comfortable with pets.
