Val has been with our family for a month, and she has been absolutely extraordinary. Caring for multiple children can be challenging, but she has quickly learned how to work with each of our kiddos in a way that meets their individual needs. From breakfast to lunch, nap times, and everything in between, she has seamlessly fit into our routine with patience and dedication. Despite Spanish being her first language and still learning English, Val has communicated effectively with everyone, ensuring that nothing is lost in translation. More importantly, she brings warmth, kindness, and joy into our home every day.
