About Valeriia

My name is Valeriia. I moved to the USA 3 years ago from Ukraine. I grew up in a large family with 8 siblings. As one of the older girls, I helped my mom take care of my younger siblings from a young age. When I got my first job I ended up doing childcare. My five years of experience working with children of various ages have equipped me with the skills to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. I have a patient and calm personality and I'm always friendly and approachable. I believe in open communication with parents and will always follow their preferred method of contact to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles. I like to promote learning and teaching children life skills.
