We hired Valerie as a nanny for our five year old and six month old sons and she cared for our family until I gave birth to my daughter and we decided to make a change in our childcare needs. Valerie was an integral part of our family. She helped us get organized as we moved to a new home, she organized and kept the kids' closets pristine (best laundry folder ever), she cared for our dogs and children like they were her own. She was a good disciplinarian but also constructive and kind. There was nothing we could ask Valerie to do that she could not execute- from bathing our kids and having them ready for bed when we came home to purchasing our Groceries and feeding the kids to handling our endless Amazon returns she would happily help however she could. With Valerie you truly find a skilled professional nanny who takes her job very seriously. In all the time that she worked for us, she was never once late. In fact, she makes sure she is early and plans everything to perfection.
