About Valerie S.

Hi all, My name is Valerie and before I spent 15 years caring for my four children, I worked with the geriatric population both as a nurse and nurse practitioner. I have worked in several nursing homes in and around Bucks and Montgomery counties. In this capacity, my duties included medication management, skin assessments and wound care, end-of-life and hospice care-all while maintaining respect and dignity of the client. In the dementia unit, I was responsible for interfacing with families and working with them to deliver the type of healthcare that their loved ones prioritized.
