About Valerie

I have an an ongoing interest in serving senior clients as they and their families navigate the transitions that become necessary. I have experience in advocating these conversations. I have managed and directed care conferences, advocated in relation to housing changes, and been involved with the assessment of care needs including the development of care plans. My background and personal experience qualifies me for navigating the conversations between social workers, therapists, guardians, and clients. I have been a consultant, liaison and facilitator in numerous situations related to family transitions. I am versed in the ability to write thorough and unbiased case notes. As a Certified Home Health Aid I provide sincere care. I am interested in the client as a person and am sensitive to their needs. My education is in Human Services and Clinical Psychology. I have over 20 years experience.
