About Valerie

I'd describe my personality as mellow, fun & curious. I like working with kids because I enjoy seeing the world through their eyes. I'm looking for a job with a friendly & down to earth family in which communication is comfortable for both parties. Additionally, I would like a family that is willing to let me earn their trust so I can truly let my nanny skills shine. Once I get in & get into my element, I want you to be able to go to work & not even have to think for one minute about the well being of your children! My skills include safety first, for sure. I like to help children learn boundaries and set parameters to keep them safe. We learn by doing. I engage the children often by being out and about in the world so they can observe and do as much as possible.
