Valerie works for us as a full-time nanny to my 2 and 1-year-old. It's evident that she has a special gift with children. She has a natural instinct in regards to their needs and desires, lots of patience and a gentle touch. They love her and get excited each time they see her! It's because she provides special attention, fun, and creative/educational play that stimulates their minds and hearts. She cooks, paints, plays music and comes up with off the cuff ideas in a moment's notice. What I love the most is that this isn't just a 'job' for Valerie. Her dreams involve working with children. It's her natural talent and it's why I couldn't imagine a better caretaker for my kids when I'm not available. I'd recommend her to anyone!
