Valerie is an amazing caregiver. She's nurturing, responsible, creative, and fun loving. She deeply cares for and treats the children in her care like her own. She keeps them engaged in age appropriate activities as well as actively helps them achieve their milestones. She's also respectful and keeps an open line of communication with parents.
