About Valeria

Blessings, my name is Valeria I am fluent in both Spanish and English. I graduated from Grossmont College with an Arts degree in Wellness & Self development in 2018 which included child development classes. After that, I completed 2 yoga teacher trainings and cared for my mentors child. I have offered song circles and mindfulness breath, movement, meditation classes for children of different ages. I've cared for the earth, animals, children, elders and community within the last 5 years. I am also passionate about womb health & wellbeing therefore I completed a Holistic Doula Training in 2021 including CPR which led to postpartum care for mother and baby. I am also a women's holistic healing practitioner and have held multiple women's circles over the years including mother daughters. I love nature, singing, dancing, writing, learning, creating, and exploring. I am a kind, patient, attentive and nurturing person. Looking forward to hearing from you.
