About Valeria

I am a recent graduate from UC Berkeley with a degree in civil engineering. I am looking to have a part time job babysitting during my gap year! Experience: In High School, I carried a 4. O GPA, took 7 math courses, and completed 9 AP/Honor Classes. Now that I graduated college I have taken a variety of Math/Science/English classes and maintained a 4. 0 (Honor Roll). My tutoring experience began in High School where I would help students from ages 4-18. I have even gone to the Dominican Republic to teach both children and adults the English language. I am a babysitter, Sunday school teacher, tutor, and graduate. All of these experiences have taught me to work with children of any age and learning style. I genuinely enjoy teaching and witnessing people feel more confident in themselves. I know what it is to struggle to learn, so am sure to be patient and understanding of everyone's learning journey.
