Val worked as a full-time nanny for my family for the past 3 years. We wish that we could keep her forever! Val is all of the things you want in an employee- she's punctual (the kind of person who texts if she's running 2 minutes late), responsible, highly reliable, thoughtful, and an excellent communicator. She is conscientious and concerned about our household running well. She's also warm, playful and kind with my girls but not a push-over. She knows how to be firm with them in a way that is always loving. She's also an excellent cook! Having Val in our lives has taken away so much stress as she takes such good care of our kids and also helps our household to run smoothly.
