About Valen

Hello! I'm Valen, and I am a creative, outdoorsy, and playful student with multiple years of childcare/teaching experience! I worked a year as an elementary school garden teacher and a year as an after-school care leader, as well as experience babysitting my friends' children. I love connecting with kiddos and making sure they're having fun, learning, and being safe! I can help with housekeeping and cooking yummy, healthy meals, but am open to additional tasks if requested. I'm passionate about keeping children engaged in their creativity and with the natural world, and have experience in professional childcare settings, so you can rest easy knowing your kiddos are in good hands :-)
