Hey there! I am an experienced nanny living in Reno. I have my Associate's degree in Science and am currently in the Speech Pathology program at UNR in pursuit of my Bachelors degree. I am also a certified Registered Behavior Technician working with kiddos on the Autism spectrum. I thrive on learning new things, love being outside, and working with kids! I've worked with both boys and girls, multiple kids at a time, newborns to teens, as well as children with autism. My general approach with children (depending on age) is play-based and love to get outside as much as possible. I am flexible with my approach and feel that consistency, structure, and FUN are imperative to helping little ones grow and thrive.

Val was our nanny for over a year. She started watching our son when he was only 3 months old. She's reliable, fun, trustworthy and loving. Our son still asks for her at least one a week. She's an amazing caregiver.
