About Uzuri

I am a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Early Childhood Educator with 9 years of experience working with children ranging from infants and toddlers to school-age children. My most recent role involved running a licensed Family Child Care Home, where I designed and implemented age-appropriate curriculum tailored to each child's needs. I strongly believe in meeting children where they are in their development and creating activities that support their individual growth. Additionally, I value the importance of partnering with parents to ensure children reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I have also served as a Lead Teacher at child care centers, a Camp Counselor, and have several years of experience as a nanny and babysitter. These experiences have shaped my holistic approach to childcare, allowing me to nurture and guide children in a variety of settings.
