Ursula (Uschi) has taken care of our almost 2 year old for the past 19 months. She is very structured and helped my son in developing fine and gross motor skills. She would organize his days into reading, outdoor play, puzzles, napping and other fun activities to keep him engaged and get him to think. She stuck to a schedule and he always looked forward to the next activity. We would highly recommend her.
